Jewelry

Elvish Jewelry:

  • Crystal, delicate and refined in design, pale colors, “Mithril” silver, pale gold, leaf, flower, butterfly and star shapes work well. Celtic and Art Nouveau jewelry.

Hobbitish Jewelry:

  • Do hobbits even wear much jewelry? Not sure, but keep it simple, simple, simple.
  • A simple ribbon tied around the neck is very pretty

Rohirric Jewelry:

  • Gold, Celtic knotwork/designs. Some simple floral motifs work well, also. Natural polished semi-precious stones like Malachite, Lapis, Amber (no bugs inside!), Tiger Eye, Jade and Garnet might work well. Rhinestones don’t work well for a Rohirric wedding!

Gondorian Jewelry:
  • Silver, Renaissance, Tudor, Regency/Empire and Edwardian designs. Simple star-like floral motifs work well, also.
  • Precious gemstones like Ruby, Sapphire, Emeral, Diamond, are perfect. Semi-precious gemstones such as Garnet and Amythest work, as well.
